Safely Knock Out Pain

Jeff_on_Errand_Bike_01From time-to-time we all experience pain for one reason or another.  So there are a number of methods that have arisen for dealing with pain.  In the U.S. the most commonly used methods are based on over-the-counter “pain medications”.

These include medications we are all too familiar with, such as Tylenol, Advil, etc.  Almost all of these fall into a category of pharmaceuticals called: “NSAIDs”, or “Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs”.

Despite the best efforts of the pharmaceutical giants who profit enormously from the sale of these drugs to suppress such information, more and more reports are making their way into the public about the very serious liver damage that often results from the use of these NSAIDs.  Other serious health risks are alos more and more commonly being attributed to their use.

For a long time, the conventional “wisdom” was that only prolonged and heavy doses led to liver damage.  That notion is now more and more being called into question.  There are many disturbing reports of serious liver damage resulting from even short-term and modest use of these NSAIDs.

So what do we do about pain?  No one likes to just grin and bear it, and ongoing pain can make life, well, a pain.

I have an extensive protocol I have developed for pain management.  It is particularly effective for long-term pain.  It is effective as a stand-alone approach or used in combination with drugs or other pain management protocols.  The only drawback is that it is fairly involved and will likely require a little coaching to master.   Those interested can e-mail me to obtain a copy of the protocol:  jeff@myhealthoptimizer.com.

for the meantime here’s a simple solution that you can use right away with almost no effort at all:  (This approach also is effective in combination with other protocols, including my pain management protocol and is useful for minor aches and pains all the way up to extreme pain.)

It is based on self-hypnosis.  But that does not mean you need to learn anything or put forth any significant effort.  Here is a link to buy the CD that you will need:   Rapid Pain Control

There are lots of pain control self-hypnosis programs available.  So what is unique about this one, and why do I recommend it?

This unique program is based on Ericksonian Hypnosis, as developed by Dr. Milton Erickson, acknowledged as the father of modern hypnosis.  It uses a very special technique, called: “Multi-evocational hypnosis”, where more than one voice is present at the same time.  The purpose of this multi-evocational approach is to allow the hypnotic suggestions to reach deeper into the unconscious and to do so much more rapidly.  The result is faster, longer lasting and more profound relief from pain.

Through use of this amazing multi-evocational hypnosis technique, the effectiveness of this program is dramatically more powerful than any of the others I have tested.  (Over the years I have tested many programs for my own use and on behalf of my clients.)

This program has been around for more than 20 years, and is still the best of its kind that I have ever found.

Here is the best testimonial I can offer:  In 1989 I was involved in a very serious accident.  My life hung in the balance for quite some time, and it required 5 major surgeries to preserve my life and to begin to allow my recovery.  Each of these surgeries resulted in lots of pain.  After the first one, a healing colleague brought me a copy of “Rapid Pain Control” to use.  The doctors had me hooked up to one of those on-demand IV drug machines to control the pain.  They predicted I would need it for up to 3 weeks following the first major surgery.  I was able to get off the drug machine in 3 days.  I attribute this entirely to my use of  the “Rapid Pain Control” program.

Further, I healed about twice as fast and well as the doctors predicted.  Along with the powerful hyp0notic suggestions that can dramatically reduce the pain, the program includes equally powerful suggestions that speed and improve healing.  I believe this was critical to my recovery.  (As you can see from the picture at the top of this post, I am not only walking, I am cycling again.  Immediately following the accident I was not expected to live, and the doctors were quite sure I would never walk again, let alone cycle.)

I am very grateful to be alive, healthy and living well.  I am extremely grateful for the terrific care and wonderful support from family and friends.  And I remain amazed at how well the hypnosis program has worked for me and for my clients.  I have continued to use it over the years whenever there was need.  As a result, I have avoided the need for any pain medication or any kind for many, many years.

To your health!
