    Hello Jeff,
I am one of the presenters for the 5 T Yoga Workshop with Susan.
This is the first I’ve heard of you. My husband suffers from chronic pain and depression. He is weaning off of morphine due to side effects and plans to go on Suboxone when he’s clear. He takes Tylonel with little effect. He is 81 years old.
Hope the newsletter might give some ideas, he’s very stubborn, eats too much sugar, doesn’t have anY friends and is basically an unhappy guy.

      Hi Juliana,

Please forgive me for not seeing your comment and responding sooner. I apologize for that. (Have had a few technical issues with this site, which are now resolved.) I am sorry to hear about the troubles your husband is having and that you are experiencing as a result. If he is absolutely unwilling to make any changes to his diet and life style, there is not a lot that I can do. However, it has been my experience that for complex reasons, often a spouse is not able to motivate their partner to make these changes. And, yet, an outside “expert” often can. If your husband is open to having a phone call with me, I am willing to see what can be done. E-mail me if you want to set that call up.

I heard you on the Sulfur Hour and was very interested in your Turmeric protocol to help improve eyesight. Is that something that will be included in your newsletter or on your blog?

    Thank you.

      Hi John,

Thanks for your question about the very special turmeric that I have been using and that I mentioned on The Sulfur Hour radio show the other night. Let me clarify that this is not my protocol. Nor is it my formula. And the literature that is provided by the maker of this turmeric formula does not even say anything about improved eyesight. I switched to this formula from the previous formula I was using, which I had researched extensively and thought was very good. The formula I am using now is dramatically better, based on my own results, and this is supported by countless testimonials I have since found from others, both people using it and practitioners who are providing it to clients and patients.

I noticed that my joints felt better within 3 days of switching to the new turmeric formula. I have had some residual pain and stiffness from a severe accident in 1989. On the third day that I was using the new turmeric formula the pain was gone, 100%. I was surprised and delighted. This was about 3 months ago, and the pain has not returned.

Then about a month ago, I went to renew my driver’s license. I have worn eye glasses to drive since I was 20 years old. I am 65 years old now. At the DMV where I went to renew my license, I noticed that I was able to easily read the eye charts, even from much farther than the marks on the floor where you stand to take the vision test. I asked the clerk to check my vision. I very easily passed the test and for the first time in 45 years am now allowed to drive without my eye glasses.

I cannot prove that this change is the result of the new turmeric formula. But I have not knowingly made any other changes that could account for this. I believe that the new turmeric formula is the factor that has so improved my eye sight.

It is known and has been for a long time and really effective anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory supplements can and often do radically improve eye sight. It is interesting that this seems to be the case for the natural agents, but not for pharmaceuticals that purport to do the same thing. This has been my observation with my clients.

I will e-mail you more about this. Anyone else who is interested in this can request a longer document that includes the details from me. Also, I will have more about this in a future newsletter.

      To your great health!

      Jeff Bell

Nothing I click brings me to the terms that I want to read before saying that I agree to them to submit my desire to get your news letter.

      Hi Rebecca,

First, sorry to take so long to reply. We had a technical problem which prevented me from getting the usual notices for pending questions and comments. I apologize for that.

You are right. the terms and conditions link is broken. It has been for a long, long time. I just have not gotten around to fixing it. I have literally been too busy helping lots of people get well, and I do not have a big staff to handle things like that.

The terms are basically as follows:

      1. You agree to consider any information provided to you via your free subscription to the newsletter as being provided for educational purposes and that it is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions.

      2. I and my staff agree never to share your e-mail or any other information you choose to provide without your explicit, written permission.

      3. You agree not to share any of our articles in p;art, but only to share them in full and without altering the content if you choose to share them.

      4. You agree with abide by the terms of our copyright, which allow you to share at your discretion provided not compensiation for such sharing is required or accepted by you as a condition of such sharing.

      That’s it!

      To your great health!

      Jeff Bell

P.S. We are working on upgrading the entire site. That will take a few months. A part of that upgrade will be making the terms and conditions fully and easily available. Thanks for yoyur patience.

Joyce= I have just now discovered your blog. All blogs new to me. I would like to obtain your turmeric formula. I have minor cataract getting worse and a wrinkle on my retina. Husband has been to specialists also with rare form of herpies virus recurring in his eye. Breakouts are awful. Can you send me in the right direction. Thank you

      Hi Joyce,

I believe I can help you with both problems. However, it is a bit too involved to handle here in comments. I need some background information that should be kept private, and I will have to fit my recommendations to the specific details you provide. If you e-mail me at: I will be able to help you.

      To your great health!

Can one use both organic sulfur and turmeric together? OR use them separately in about an hour or more?

      Hi Eddie,

I would separate the sulfur and the turmeric by 45 minutes or so. There are so many things that could be taken close the sulfur that it is hard to know for sure what will not decrease its efficacy and what might or will. One could spend serious money on testing and research to figure this out and to really know. Since sulfur is highly active I prefer to follow the more careful road and keep it apart from everything else.

      To your great health!
